All wholesale and bulk orders are shipped directly from Brazil.
Processing time varies based on order size, but we aim to ship within 7 ~ 14 business days. We will inform you of the estimated processing time after your purchase.
Tracking will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Bulk orders can only be cancelled in the first 7 days.
🌍 Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or border inspections in the destination country.
Yggdrasil Item Shop is not liable for delays, fees, or confiscations imposed by customs authorities. We will, however, be happy to help with things such as splitting orders and any necessary legal information in your country.
🔁 Exchanges & Product Swaps
We want your shop to thrive! If an item from your order isn’t selling well, we accept exchanges for different items.
Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, if applicable.

Wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders over 10 units per item.
All prices are in USD, and payment is due in full before shipment. We don't work with consignment.
